On April 2, 2019, the entrusted management transfer and opening ceremony of the former Howard Johnson Riverfront Plaza Fuzhou, a high-end hotel subordinate to Greattown Group, was successfully held in the hotel. Representatives of the Client, Greattown Group, representatives of the Management, Xiamen C&D Tourism and Hotels Incorporation, and the hotel staff attended the ceremony.

Since its opening in 2011, Howard Johnson Riverfront Plaza Fuzhou, is a five-star luxury business hotel on the banks of the Minjiang River in Mawei Free Trade Area. The hotel has 280 deluxe suites, 3 themed restaurants of different styles, various multi-functional conference and banquet halls, and leisure facilities such as lounge and swimming pool, to meet the needs of high-end business and conference reception.

After Xiamen C&D Tourism and Hotels Incorporation was entrusted with the management of the hotel, the hotel was renamed C&D Hotel Mingcheng Fuzhou. The hotel will adhere to the "C&D" brand with oriental culture service characteristics, and provide customers with a "warm and consistent" business travel experience. At the same time, C&D Hotel has become the 28th member hotel managed by Xiamen C&D Tourism and Hotels Incorporation and the first "C&D" brand hotel entrusted with management, opening a new chapter for the Group's "C&D" brand expansion.
